We're able to exceed our customers' expectations because we have fine-tuned a business model that works on the local level. Our automated inventory replenishment system is fully stocked with parts and supplies at every location. Unlike many competitors who have regional service warehouses, Xerographics is able to tackle its customer's problems within four hours of the initial service call.

Xerographics employees participate in our Profit Sharing Program, which is based on each individual's performance. From the dispatcher to the office manager, the network engineers to the technical engineers, everyone is eligible for bonuses if the job is done right.
